Twin Oaks Farm Roasted Chicken

How to roast our chickens ....

Our chickens are super easy to prepare: salt, pepper and a splash of olive oil (here in the picture I have added some mustard but you dont have to) .... PLEASE AVOID GARLIC OR HEAVY DUTY RUB, we want you taste the chickens .... 

In the oven at 385F for 55 minutes (3.5lb to 4lb, more if larger) then 5 minutes under the broiler to get the skin really crip ...

Take it out of the oven, cover with foil to keep it warm and let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes ...

Carve it ...
Et voila ... Bon Appetit
